While the world is asking for more corporate responsibility, the dominant business model is still profit-at-all cost, supported by a top-down hierarchy and a chain-of-command culture. A new corporate game and modern leadership is required to make business-for-good the norm. 

 

Corporate Game Changers is born out of the realization that there is a massive untapped opportunity in most companies - new generation leaders are not recognized for their ability to get their companies ready for the future, and companies find it challenging to engage and retain these disruptive talents.

 

We have experienced first hand an epidemic of burn-out, bore-out and general waste of engagement in the new generation of leaders. High-potential young employees dropping their resignation letter at the great surprise of the leadership team; committed mountain-movers who end up on the sideline after a burn-out and countless individual stories of disappointment and resentment.     

 

We have experienced first hand the inherent limitations of internal culture change programs, for instance due to political reverence, difficulty to straight-talk root causes and/or a tick-in-the-box approach to deliverables rather than actual, sustainable changes.     

 

Corporate Game Changers exists in order to break the circle of disengagement and untapped opportunities which exists today. We want to help both sides realize the existing potential and shift in order to embrace it.
